This week we take a dive into the recent controversy surrounding the new TV show “Guerrilla” and Director John Ridley’s response to the critique of the show erasing Black Women and their involvement in the movement. Highlighted by the casting of Asian actress, Freida Pinto in the lead female role.

Mo and Jay also reflect of the importance of self-care, especially when dealing with the challenges of modern life and ponder the question is there still a stigma regarding mental illness within the African community.
